2025 Sierra Vista Polar Plunge
On Saturday, January 25, 2025, Special Olympics Arizona will host its 2025 SOAZ Polar Plunge, in Sierra Vista. Special Olympics athletes, families, friends, and fans will all be "Freezin' for a Reason," supporting athletes living in southern Arizona.
The 2025 SOAZ Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support Sierra Vista athletes by plunging into the icy winter waters of Tho Cove. Whether you take the plunge yourself or just come out to cheer on your friends, you can be a part of the most incredible event in town! There will be music and costumes, all for a great cause.
Get your creative juices flowing, create a great costume for you or your team, and participate in the costume contest! (Costumes are encouraged but not required.)
To participate, all plungers must sign a Waiver Form. Plungers under 18 must have their form signed by a parent or guardian.
You don't have to risk hypothermia to participate in the Polar Plunge. However, we need as many warm hearts as brave souls to have a successful event. So bring your friends, family, and supporters to the fun.
